Hi, I’m Ta’Neja .
I’m Ta’Neja Rodgers, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the founder of Bridge to Hope Behavioral Health & Coaching. My work is rooted in a simple belief: people deserve support that recognizes the whole person—not just the problem they are experiencing.
I earned my Master of Social Work from Florida State University in 2019 and have built my career around helping individuals, adolescents, families, and communities navigate mental health challenges, trauma, life transitions, relationships, and personal growth. I am licensed as a clinical social worker in both Georgia and Florida, with experience spanning clinical assessment, psychotherapy, behavioral health programming, adolescent treatment, trauma-informed care, and clinical leadership.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work with people during some of the most difficult and transformative seasons of their lives. Those experiences have shaped my approach to care: compassionate, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I believe therapy should create a space where you can be honest about where you are while also being supported in becoming who you want to be.
At Bridge to Hope, my goal is to help bridge the gap between where you are and where you want to be. Whether that means working through emotional challenges, developing healthier coping skills, strengthening relationships, navigating life transitions, building confidence, or pursuing personal and professional growth, I believe meaningful change happens when people have the right support, tools, and space to grow.
Beyond traditional behavioral health services, I’m passionate about education, leadership development, wellness, coaching, and empowering others with practical skills they can carry into everyday life. I believe mental wellness is not simply about managing symptoms—it is also about developing self-awareness, building meaningful relationships, establishing healthy boundaries, finding purpose, and creating a life that feels aligned with who you are.
My approach is both professional and human. You don’t have to have everything figured out before you reach out. You simply have to be willing to take the next step.
That’s where the bridge begins.
